BOOM Team-Building Trip to North Zhejiang Grand Canyon and China Bamboo Garden

Connecting with Nature, Strengthening Teamwork, and Building a Stronger Team

To enrich employees’ leisure and cultural lives, relieve the pressures of daily work, and strengthen communication and collaboration among different departments, BOOM organized a two-day outdoor team-building trip to Anji. The team visited North Zhejiang Grand Canyon and China Bamboo Garden, enjoying a refreshing getaway surrounded by nature.

At North Zhejiang Grand Canyon, the team experienced lush mountains, picturesque peaks, and beautiful streams and waterfalls. Employees walked along the mountain trails, enjoyed the scenery, and challenged themselves with hiking activities. Along the way, colleagues encouraged and supported one another, working together to overcome the climbs. The experience not only brought everyone closer to nature but also strengthened team spirit and helped break down barriers between departments.

The group then visited China Bamboo Garden, a well-known filming location surrounded by vast stretches of green bamboo forest. With fresh air and gentle breezes passing through the bamboo, everyone enjoyed a relaxing walk along the trails, took photos, and chatted with colleagues. The peaceful natural surroundings provided an ideal opportunity for employees to unwind and connect with one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

The trip was filled with laughter, companionship, and team spirit. It gave employees an opportunity to step away from their busy work routines and recharge in nature. This short break was intended to prepare everyone for a stronger return to work.
